6.2 vs 4.0
The current 4.0 will not be as amazing but with secondary cats delete, it still rumbles and is far better than the competition.
I would take a coupe C63 over the 6.2 model anyday. A simple tune and you are in the 600hp club.

I believe peak torque is all there at around 1700 vs 5200 ironically on the big bore 6.2. So on the street and short blasts 4.0 is way more responsive.
Maybe my imagination, but some days the 6.2 felt strong and others not so great. Think it had to do with brand of gas used.
Finally, good riddance. That headbolt issue was getting to be a daily concern.
