So I have my 1st 18 GTC coupe (not cab and for this year only the edition 50 gtc coupes are coming) being built last 10 days of Feb, I'd say late March to mid April delivery? Here is the config.. still changeable if anyone has any suggestions... avail for reservation!!! NO mark-ups
Please note, this is not the final price though (not a salesman game lol)... the GTC coupe according to the order guide was $145k base MSRP, not $99999 , which is what Mercedes uses as their placeholder MSRP until the final price is announced.. but the order guide says $145k , not sure why netstar still shows $99999..
Plus a couple options don't have a price as of yet, but may be no charge items..headliner color or backup camera
I was debating whether the GTC's will hit the track or if people want Carbon ceramics.. longer life, less noise an dust.. but $9k and expensive to replace... but can last 3-4 times longer than standard steel rotors
Color? My boss thinks the blue is risky, but I like it... night package on blue??
2018:
GTC $99,999
896 Brilliant Blue Metallic $720
621 Black Nappa/Dinamica Exclusive - Silver $1,200

Can you share/post the AMG GTC coupe DOG? I was told (here in Canada) that the AMG Aerodynamics package was not available. It is Europe.

PM'd
I see the aero package for GT and GTS... none for GTC or GTR. coupes... GTC get exterior carbon fiber 1 package.
I had my mind changed... lol .. every order Ive take on a GTR is magno green hell or selenite.. so I made this GTC as close to all the GTR orders as possible (less carbon ceramics), even cup 2 tires... I'd say its as close as you can get to a GTR less $30k ...lose 27hp and the active aero

I’d get rid of the yellow stiching. That would be better for a yellow car. I’d spec the silver stitching with a grey car or get the seats with red accent and red stitching.
I’d leave it on. My GTS with carbon fiber is $170,120.
I think I will

No sunroof option on a AMG GT because racecar I'm not sure about the upgraded audio.. worth $5400? I love the Sport cup 2 tires.. for an extra $600 it seems like a great deal.. I dunno..
I love that this GTC is basically being designed by the forum though I'm blaming you all if it doesnt sell haha

Regarding the Lane Tracking Package, I have been playing with the GTC Roadster configurator as a proxy for the coupe and there is something strange.
The Lane Tracking Package is listed as an option on the Performance & Safety tab, like it is elsewhere. On the Convenience & Entertainment tab, however, both Blind Spot Assist and Lane Keeping Assist are listed as standard features and the descriptions are identical to how they are described under the Lane Tracking Package option. https://www.mbusa.com/mercedes/vehic...-entertainment
Is the inclusion of these in Convenience & Entertainment an error or is there something more to the Lane Tracking Package that is not listed?
I am not yet ready to go to the dealer to spec one out so haven't asked, but I hope someone who has ordered one has come across this.

Yes, I think you are right. Although the Lane Tracking Package is shown as an $875 option, I do think it is "baked into" the car as standard equipment. Check out this screen shot showing standard equipment for a car at the VPC in Los Angeles. Don't know why it is still listed as an option!
Should I keep distronic (adaptive cruise for $2250?)

Shalul,
Even though this GT C is straying into GT R territory money wise, since the GT C is less track-oriented than the GT R, I think it’s important to keep the cosmetic and safety options that you’ve built it with; meaning the carbon fiber and distronic, etc.
The only thing I’d remove would be the high performance tyres, as wet weather performance will be compromised with them, as well as increasing noise and perhaps decreasing comfort somewhat. Absolutely keep the yellow stitching as it looks so much better than the silver imho.
That being said, this GT C is pretty much configured like my GT R. Are you trying to tempt me? lol
I have the matte Carbon Fiber interior trim and crossbar and I love this option since I look at it everytime I drive. I'm not a fan of the exterior Carbon Fiber options since I don't look at the exterior as much.
The High End Burmester system is worth every penny.
I think the Red Pepper/Black interior is more interesting with a gray exterior but given the choice between yellow and silver stitching I would go with silver and order matching silver seat belts. Yellow stitching looks better on a black or yellow exterior.
I don't have the Distronic option and don't miss it but I don't do a lot of highway driving.
I have the Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires on my GT3 and my GTS' MPSS tires are way more comfortable and appropriate for daily driving. The Cup 2 tires give a ton of road feedback which is appropriate for track and less so for daily driving and potholes are bone-jarring. Since this GTC is not intended for track use, I would skip the Cup 2 option.
