GTR maintenance
Was offered 2290 for a 4 year maintenance contract. It actually sounds like a good deal. At this point it’s very likely I will keep the car for 3-4 years.
What do do you guys think?

I was quoted 200 for oil changes so $800 for 4 years and schedule A service was about $550 at 1 year so thats $1350 maybe someone else knows what are the next services for years 2-4??

I would ask a Service Advisor to tell you the current retail pricing of an annual service on the GT R, but I imagine that’s a fair price. My Service A1 comes up in about three weeks so I’ll have more data soon, but I’m taking my own Mobil 1 with me for them to use.

Second that, my recently completed Service A was $4xx. In general, these prepaid plans are a bit of a sales gimmick.
Does one get the proprated amount back if selling the car before the 4 year contract is up?
If not, is the maintenance plan transferrable to the next owner?

Not a GTR but an 18 GTS and I paid $2200 for 4 years which I found to be a lot better than paying as you go. My C63 and CLA 45 I went pay as you go and it was brutal, so I opted on the GTS to prepay.

Thanks for the data! Based on what you’ve said I’m assuming you’re at least breaking even. Now I just need to decide if I will be keeping this car for 4 years or will need to go for a shorter interval plan.
