You didn’t mention the GT part in your post.

I know they go for at least $1.4 mil at a recent Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas auction. But they also have a MUCH BETTER exhaust note too.

I would opt for a clean $315k GT40 over either one because I could drive it as opposed to having a garage queen.

As far as a GT2 RS smoking the GT Black I’m not ready to concede that yet. I want to see a professional driver run the GT Black on the Loop first.

Agreed, that was a little sloppy (I say confidently sitting on the couch) ... the car definitely has a little more in it, but it could also mean that the car itself makes it hard to extract its best out of it.

From what I gather everyone in the US is waiting for the allocations to drop into dealer inventories, it was originally supposed to have happened mid October but it hasn't. I presume pricing and projected build dates will be a part of that process.

So I decided to spec High Tech silver. I really wanted to love Magmabeam but was always drawn to silver while watching video reviews where the cars are shown together in the same frame. Magmabeam seems to hide some of the bodywork details/shadows (appears flat) and overall isn’t flattering towards the shape of the car from what I’ve seen.

It could very well be that my opinion would change seeing the car in person, but I’m going to trust my instincts on this one. Regardless, Magmabeam is sure to be a popular color. I’ll probably be in a minority with my ‘boring’ choice.

i ordered mine in France, as mentioned. Delivery time that was given to me is September 2021.

Note that I am not a One customer, so might not be given total priority, but i have signed the sales contract beginning of September this year
