My 2019 GTR is finally in my garage joining my 991.2 GT3 RS Lizard Green + WP.. Wow what a ride. Love the car, that angry exhaust growl is very satisfying. It is very different from my RS in almost every way..
AMG has done an awesome job. This is my first AMG in about 10 years. I've had SL500, E63 (NA) (several), SL55 etc, but took almost a 10 year break. time to get back in

Overall a very accurate comparison. Daily Drive: GTR is a better daily for me because my RS has buckets (comfortable but not for daily driving).. Sound System: GTR hands down especially with optional Burmester. Steering: RS feels like a go cart, GTR feels heavier with more understeer. RS wins here. Exhaust: I like both for different reasons: GTR -- angry growl, RS -- racy high rev scream.. I have center delete exhaust on RS and it sounds amazing. I love AMG exhaust as well. It all depends on my mood. Both are awesome. Transmission: PDK feels sharper, crisper.. Looks: Very subjective, but I do prefer the AMG.. GTR has menacing presence. Love it.. I think GTR beats RS in the looks dept. Breaks: RS hands down. I have PCCB and the RS breaks are amazing and don't have any heat issues on track.
For me: mostly street and occasional track -- GTR, occasional street and mostly track -- RS.
