Unhappy GTR: Oil Separator leak

Bad luck for me. My new GTR has a leaking oil separator and needs to be replaced. Found a small oil leak on the floor of my garage, brought to the dealer and they said: leaking oil separator.
Anyone knows how complex is it to change oil separator on M178? Big Job? anything to watch out for? I tried to find M178 schematics and could not find anything on oil separator, etc.
I am assuming it is part of the dry sump. Obviosly covered by warranty, but still I like to understand whats involved.

It will get resolved. PDK had to be replaced on my RS in the first month of ownership. This is what happened in the first couple of weeks of owning my GTR. This should make you feel better - lol.

Damn..crazy.. blew my motor on 911.1 GT3 while at the track (Watkins Glen going to turn one @ 9k RPM). That was fun. Porsche took care of everything including towing expenses and a brand new motor. Fun, fun.

Hi, apologies for quality, the attached details are from MB workshop manual and will provide an impression of what’s involved.
Looks straightforward enough, good luck.
regards

Did a hose attachment leak or was it the separator itself. I feel this is somewhat inconclusive. Curiosity killed the cat....

Glad to hear you're back on the road. Well, when you can be with NY weather. At least it's back home in the garage.
