In real life, the GTC/R wide body is much more obvious, but can be missed on a dark colored car. Idk how that poster thinks rear wheel steering isn't desirable?
If you have never seen a GTC/R and don't care for the steering then go for the GT/S because power wise - the GT/S can be tuned. I will say, once I saw a GT/S rear vs my GTC - I was glad I went with the wide girl.
I know you are against roadsters, but the wide body looks much more obvious on the roadster vs coupe so the differences might not be as obvious to you either way. Regardless, the GT series is pretty phenomenal. Also get ready to see that TCS light go off a lot.

I had a 2017 GTS and a 2018 GTC...
I too am in Toronto. I daily drove both and has snow tires mounted on my GTC. THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE. Get the GTC.

Lol...well you're in the minority on that.
Please tell me where the useless plastic vents and appendages are? The front end of the 2018+ GTS and GTC are the same.
4WS steering is desirable? Tell that to the ferrari 812 superfast,GTC4lusso, aventador, huracan, porsche GT3RS
The GT and GTS look like touring cars...the GTC and GTR have way more presence on the road.

Looks/money:
If it's primarily a weekend car, I would probably go for the GTR. I don't think the GTC looks different enough from the GTS to warrant the money (the power difference certainly isn't worth it), if aesthetics are your main concern.
Paint:
As far as magno paint goes, if it doesn't already have full xpel stealth, factor in an extra $5k+ to have the car done up, because that paint is much more prone to chipping than normal, and is nearly impossible to touch up without full panel resprays.
CCB:
Based on your expected amount of use, you would probably be fine with the CCB, as they should end up outlasting your ownership of the car. You generally don't want them on a high mileage car, as the rotors are absurdly expensive to replace. They are going to be extra grabby, but will almost eliminate any brake dust, which the MB steels are notorious for. You might get some squeaking, but people with CCB will have to chime in on that.
Interior:
I personally think the updated interiors feel cheaper/more plasticky than the original interiors, but ymmv.

Well guys, this thread took off and got more responses than I expected. Thank you!
With that said, I can see that picking between a GTS, GTC and GTR are quite the decisive and a very personal decision. No wonder I was having a hard time deciding myself 😅.

Well.....you add more pile of junk to your car and guess what you get? More road presence. These aftermarket designers figured us out absolutely right about our fascination with attaching all kinds of pieces of appendages to our cars for the sake of "road presence" that literally serv no practical function whatsoever.

Excited to see what you end up in though!

I had a new 2020 GTC at the Dealer ready to sign, I keep my cars to modify and track, but after looking at the heavy depreciation over the first 3 years I went with a used GTS, and next year when the GTC levels off, I am gonna trade up, but added the GTR wing, did a tune, cat delete, and a few other goodies and I am smiling like Spongebob. For Now.

Needless to say, I’m still torn about this. I make a living on being decisive, but I cannot yet come to a conclusion on this 🤦🏻♂️

if you plan on tracking the car often get the GTR....if you plan to daily it get the GTC.

People confuse the GT, S, and C all the time, that almost never happens with the R. I think you're very much overstating the difference between the S and C in terms of aesthetics, and they both tune to the same number, so besides the rear wheel steering, the performance is a moot point imo.
GTS has smaller turbos
GTC and GTR has standard dynamic engine mounts
GTC and GTR increased front wheel camber
GTC and GTR have the same wider rear fenders (2.2 inches); making them some of the widest cars on the road
GTC and GTR have 4 wheel steering
GTC and GTR have wider wheels (front and back)
GTC and GTR have more aggressive gear ratios than the GTS
