Says 3 owners, but it looks like 1 owner was the bulk of the miles. The other 2 owners were both the Mercedes Dealership, so maybe it was a demo car. Can't tell for sure

3 owners and 30K miles for a 2016 is right where you want it. Don’t know why most people don’t understand that low mileage is actually NOT Good! You want to see at least a few thousand miles per year. If a car sits it’s WAY worse for the engine, the rubber, and all the moving parts.
Have someone you trust go over the car, or take it to an MB dealer and pay their head AMG tech $500 to go over the car in detail.

The milage viewed on a annual basis is around 6k/yr. Not much as Surge mentioned.
The interior is the low end interior but does have the basic carbon fiber package.
There is a problem in my assessment with the brakes. The right front rotor has deep groves in it. (Picture Page 12/29) I would want to check and mic all of the rotors and pads. Replacement is about 5k.
Tires - It’s difficult to see what the remaining depth is. Figure $2k if replacement is needed. Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2’s.
When is the next MB service due? As the car gets older the service requirements is more as is the cost.
Windshield - look at it closely. If there are too many chips its a expensive replacement with German glass.
Walk the car and carefully look at the paint for spider webs and road chips.
Exhaust system including the cats. Remember you may be on the outside edge of in service time. $3k est.
Remember this car hasbeen in service 5-6 years now so it’s time for things to need to be replaced.
I would use this information as a bargining chip.
In my opinion a offer of 10% lower in asking price would be more than reasonable.
Good luck

. I also do most of my own work, (I can do everything other than building the block) which helps since servicing costs are typically $100 - $150 an hour depending on region
