help with weird spots

so after the first time i washed my car i noticed these water like looking spots..ive tried changing my mr clean filter. a cleaner wax.. polishing...and finally claying and they stillwont go away. when the sun hits them and u look closely they look like they are on or above the clear coat. i had my car simonized at the dealer when i got it and i think this is the reason to all my problems... if anyone has any insight let me know..

Do you have any close up detailed high resolution shots of what you're talking about?

some of the spots look raised as in they are on top of the clear coat or as if my clear coat is made up of these dots.

I think whomever your dealer had wax ("simonize") your car did something wrong--or, more likely didn't do something they should have done in detailing it. After a good wash, which is sometimes neglected by armatures and can cause problems w/ the finish, they probably should have clayed it w/ a lot of lube, polished it w/ a good cleaner (like Klasse AIO), and then followed that w/ a good carnauba wax or synthetic sealant such as Klasse SG.

You may want to first talk w/ your dealer about exactly what was done to your car, show him the problem, and see if he will redo it correctly or, better yet, give your money back so that you can take it to a competent detail man.

Clouding (or 'dark' stains) in the clear coat:

High solid clear coat during the first couple of months, following assembly will allow moisture to enter the clear and become trapped. This is most noticeable in vehicles that are transported, using transit wrap, when the surface has some moisture and the wrap is placed over it.

On average, a high solid clear coat will absorb approximately one pint of water when the vehicle is subjected to a heavy rain or a car wash. If there is a "clouding" of the clear, simply applying isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to the area, allowing it to dwell and with a heat gun or hair dryer, heat the area (do not exceeding 100oF spot temperature) the IPA acts as a "drying" agent, and when combined with the heat the moisture will evaporate
