wax every wash?
hi all,
i usually wash my car once a week :-D do i have to wax it every wash or every other wash? Just something in my mind that makes me think the next time i wash without waxing, the wax is gone from the wash, lol. thanks.

Just to clarify Al, i just bought the 1-2-3 a few weeks ago. Used it only once so far. I did a wash today, using Meguiars Gold Class wax...hope that is ok.
Al, whats your opinion on taking care of clearcoat peeling off? on the pillar between the drivers door and the rear drivers door, a small area, about 1.5"x1.5" of clearcoat is starting to peel off...waxing protect it from further peeling or what should i do in this situation as I don't want my whole car to lose the clearcoat. Thanks al.

To enhance a shine you can do a quick spray detailer after a wash or use a wax-as-you-dry product like Eagle One.
Since my cars aren't garaged, I rinse and dry the cars every day because of brake dust, tree sap, bird droppings, and construction dust. I wash them once a week too and try to wax them once a month.
