Porcelain designo issues.
Hello, I have a porcelain designo interior on my AMG GLS 63. It's nearly new yet the driver's bolster looks like absolute CRAP. Crinkles, seams, discoloration and weathered already. I had the dealer detail it and within a 2 weeks it's looking horrible again. I had this interior in a CLS 55 with no issues. Is this something that I need to ask abour regarding waranty? It looks way beyond normal wear and tear.

I have Porcelain and have this same issue. What exactly did you end up having to say to the service of visor to get them to replace it under warranty? Did they give you resistance or a battle, or was it pretty smooth?

I have my car at the dealer, and they are checking the seat now. It's funny, when I was showing it to him, the SA kept repeating "so are you talking about those worn parts there?" I guess he was trying to get me to allude to "wear and tear" so they wouldn't have to replace it. lol

He told me he will look into; he's pretty good, so hopefully he goes to bat for me. We'll see what they say.
