R320cdi, Engine code P2626-1 won't reset

R320cdi, Engine code P2626-1 won't reset
I have the R320cdi that went into limp mode about a year ago. It took me a couple of months to figure out why and it turned out being the vent motor. It triggered many fault codes that I was able to reset except the P2626-1 code. I have replaced the differential pressure sensor, used Duralube fuel treatment, filled it with Shell V-power diesel fuel and drove it for a couple of hours on the highway at 3 1/2 thousand RPM and it still will not regenerate or clear the code. I also removed the Cat Converter and the DPF and they are both spotless. Please help???

I do not have a star but I have a MaxiDiag Pro MD801 which says it is the diesel particulate filter, the soot content of the filter is to high for regeneration.

Actually my question was and still remains!!!!..... DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO RESET CODE 2626-1 !!!!!!????....

Well your about as useful as tit's on a Bull. There is no way you have even seen this model up close. Do me a favor and get up off that wheel chair old man and try working on some real cars. GET A LIFE!!!

Take no notice of the bad manners of Plutoe, . Some one took away his toys when we was a child & he has never recovered. However he does give good advice at times.

While Plutoe is very direct I have yet to see him be wrong or give bad advice. He does have a way of coming off like my old grumpy grandpa when he helped work on my MB though (he hated my w203 I can't imagine what he would have said about my W211 lol)
If it says that the DPF is beyond regening on its own I would check the values in the computer (I don't know how but its got to be in there *might need star though) A visual inspection won't help much with a DPF I would find a cleaning company and have them test the flow rate. Another possibility since you did replace the sensor maybe your diagnostics can't reset emission related codes? That is why we always recommend to use star as we know it will work and can be had for almost nothing compared to the price of a New MB or a weekly coffee habit ($350-500).

Also lets keep the language in check.
