That is oil splash from the belt, what is end of the story, but not the beginning.
It could be as simple as spill from engine filling, but...
Those engines are famous for oil cooler leaks, what located in engine valley, has draining hole on driver side front.
Oil from there can splash on the AC compressor and end on the belt. ....
Try to gain better access to driver side (unbolting coolant reservoir) and take a closer look there.
Either way, you need to wash it and recheck. .

I will clean the area and take look tomorrow, thay make me worry about the longevity of this car. Been using only for 2 weeks. I just take a quick look and from the driver side all look clean, but from the passager area u can see oil all around. Th3 oil cap looks clean with no sign of leaking . Dealer did fresh oil change before I buy the ca. Hopefully for the best.

The OM642 engines should make 1 million miles, but not without some work on it.
Find what the leak is it before making any asumptions.

The oil filter housing is a leak source & has potential to in 2 locations, one directly above serpentine. The other will cascade down front cover onto A/C compressor. There are 2 distinct gaskets though EPC only shows one that mounts oil filter housing assembly to front of motor. The other is part # A 642 180 14 10 if it's leaking, it does so right onto serpentine via gravity. Wrap a paper towel underneath housing to see if oil is clinging to it there. That gasket is subject to high pressure & heat during operation.

I clean the area around the passager side front engine . Use a telescopic camera and sneak around the manifold and all looks clean . Deep looking and found a crack on the intake coupling, do u think that can create the dripping leak at the belt?
Car was parking for few days and no sign of leak only after I drive for few days and park i can see the area with some oil the bel create the big mess all around the engine . I attach a picture where u can see the crack. Will order a new intake coupling, anything else I should order or need to replace at the same time ?

I just order the part from RMeuropean, will be here in a few days, I use the car today and notice the check engine light came on after a hard acceleration a 70mph, went to my local part shop and the scan show code P0171 System too lean Bank 1
Do you think that crack at the Intake Coupling can cause that problem?
Should be safe keep using the car until the part came or will be better to park and wait?
Btw call the dealer and for just part, they want $275 plus tax, I found it for $150

That's EGR tube holder.
Turbo builds some pressure in the system, so some fumes with oil vapors can escape the crack.
Either way, fix what you know is bad and recheck.

I have a 2011 GL350, and understand your feelings exactly. Highly recommend you getting a vehicle service contract at least for the powertrain. Mine was 2K and covers engine mounts, and timing chain along with adjuster. Those are trouble areas in the Bluetech world. If the warranty fails to pay for my timing chain, I will just cancel the contract. No harm done, and put the money towards the repair.

Replace Broken Intake Coupling/traverse Pipe

I finally replace the broken pipe, looks like somebody tries to fix with high-temperature silicone, My Front Engine Leak Stop, I found lots of carbon build up on the Intake pipes, (should I worry about it?) Car handle better and the code P0171 went away.
Here are some pictures. Took me around 2 hours to replace.

Broken Intake

Silicone Inside pipe

Should be worry about carbon build up?

When it is always good idea to scrape intake build ups, make sure they did not go into engine.
Those don't look bad
Bare in mind that you will have more build up on intake flaps and at about 100k plan on cleaning them.
