Low voltage when using OBD II reader

2006 E320 CDI, changed rear caliper, pads, used my iCarSoft to check the brake system, the unit stated that voltage was to low( 11.54 v) could not complete the test, check battery voltage( new battery 12.54 v) and not sure what caused this.

Is your car running during the test? How old is the main battery and aux battery?

Start the car, run the test.

I did the test, on the rear brakes, no actual value for pressure was present, I'm wondering if I still have air in the lines since I changed both real calipers and bled both.

during the test that no rear pressure was measured and it could be caused by more air in the lines and the accumulator could be defectives.

OBD will always shoe voltage lower that directly on the battery.
Even on cars, who display voltage on dashboard it is the same situation with voltage about 0.5V lower than on the battery.
Than long vehicle testing should always be done with maintaining charger.

I started the car, the issue went away, now using my i CarSoft to test the system, it only shows front calipers has pressure, not the rear calipers and I bled the rear calipers many times.???

Running alternator to keep voltage works, but bare in mind you should not ERASE codes with engine running.
How did you bleed the brakes? Full flush needs scanner who can activate ABS pump.

I used a power bleeder, screwed on to the master reavior pumped up to 10 lb, opened the r rear caliper( the container had fluid in it so I could see if any air was coming out), than left rear, right front left front and completed. Connected my i Carsoft, went thru the procedures, it showed front pressure and no pressure for the rear calipers when tested. Now my rear inner pads are dragging against the rotor and no faults codes were shown during the procedures. Lost on the cause.

If I remember MB require 35 psi for brake fluid flush?
Did you keep an eye on level in reservoir to avoid sucking the air?

I kept an eye on the fluid level during the bleeding and from what I have read that the pressure for bleeding the system should not exceed 15 lb.
