Just thought I’d share a few pics. I bought an oil filter cap off of Amazon, drilled a hole in it and screwed an inexpensive 1/8” gauge in it. Glad to say no leaks. I have a 2013 with 300k plus and a 2015 with 135k. Both SUV’s oil pressure readings were the same. I took the reading with an oil temp at 195F (for the idle & 2k rpm) give or take a few degrees. For the neutral WOT the oil temp
was a little low like, 165F.

Hit idle - 21 psi
2,000 - ~70 psi
2,900 - around 110 psi (not quite up to temp yet)

These are nice available pump pressure that can help spray cool the pistons.

Particularly important at driving Rpm (1500 to 2500R).

110Psi is a high pressure... is this pump Max ??

Seems high.

Above specs in Bars translated into Psi as...:

• 700Rpm ~ 4.5Psi
• 3000Rpm ~ 45Psi

What oil viscosity was used... W30 /W40 / W50 ??

The Max pump pressure relief should not be affected by anything... 110Psi really??
