The black interior looks cheap to me (too much black plastic, especially the upper dash panel), however, olivine grey is a putrid color in person IMO. I think you'd be sick of it/regret it. It's also a resale risk.

I would think that the limited edition aspect adds something, I got mine because of the interior even though I like the exterior.

Having just come out of a Silver S63, the thought of another Silver car was not all that exciting. There are waaaaayyyyyy too many Silver MB's around. I also don't like the black interior in a convertible - too hot. I will admit I was concerned committing to the Olive sight unseen, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it in person. It is very nice, and not at all "common". I have also received more than my share of 
as I drive around.
If you like to "blend in" go with the Silver / Black. If you can get the Launch Edition, I would be all over it. (Just my $.02)

I always get people saying beautiful car, both by pedestrians and by people in other cars driving by. I even had someone pull into a great end parking spot in front of me then pulled out and said the spot was made for my car and let me park there!
