Just a LITTLE pissed!!
Nice smash n dash done to the back of my 2011 E350 Cab friday afternoon. Not happy to say the least! Got 1 estimate today for $1699.01 Will go get another tomorrow Wouldn't it be nice to be able to catch the guy just as he's trying to leave??

I am so sorry to see that! I guess we've all had it happen.
I do most all the food shopping, etc. and I always have the feeling it's just a matter of time before I'm a victim too. I sometimes think it would be worthwhile to have a junker for such purposes, but I'm not secure enough in my manhood to drive one of those.
Hope the repairs go smoothly and you're back to perfect again asap.

I have a similar crack on my e550, although less severe. Is that $1600 quote from the certified mb body shop? Is it the cost to replace the entire bumper?

Yes replaces the entire bumper skin and the part below surrounding the exhaust. We don't have a cert MB body shop in area, the guys doing it do very good work though.
