No. 350 has integrated exhaust tips. 550 has "faux" tips attached to the rear diffuser.

Yes you can:
The original parts is available for the sedan, it is standard for all Sport/AMG cars here in Norway for 2012. But for my coupe I had to get it fabricated with the original (AMG) parts.

Dude,i just ordered e350 coupe with AMG package.It will be come on January 2012. I'm livin in Europe. So do you think that, my e350 coupe's exhaust will be same with e550's exhaust?Ty bro.

If you've ordered it, have you looked at a brochure for where you've ordered it from?? Surely there would be something in there.
In the UK (on all variants AMG package & standard) the 200/250 CGI & 220/250 CDIs have a single oval exhaust, the 350 CGI & CDI have twin ovals, the 500 (550 for some markets) have twin trapezoidal exhaust tips. But this varies for all markets, in your market region there will be a brochure for the car listing the specs, if in doubt ask your dealership where you've ordered it to let you know how it will look.. I would think that it will be twin ovals.

I don't believe you can they're different parts for the diffuser on the 350 and 500/550 so you'd need to order the 500/550 diffuser too because of how the tips bolt on to the diffuser.
