Just picked up a 2011 E550 Coupe
Just traded in my CLK500 for a 2011 E550 coupe, $37,500 w/29K miles....wonder how I did in terms of price....clean carfax, no signs of damage, prem pack, and pano roof....
Not a Certified Car...I do all my own work anyway, I have a 90, 91, 92 ZR-1 vettes and a Callaway TT....ranging from 460-550hp

I thought so, for some reason coupes in chicago w/o 4matic do not sell.....you would think with this many people the market wouldl still be good. We just slap some snow tires on and go....

The E550 Coupe is a big leap in ride quality and more importanly power, very impressed and I have 11 sec corvettes....in sport mode feels like a C63. Love it, and would not turn back...sound of the exhaust is pretty awesome

I'm looking at a e550 coupe in Chicago myself. Regarding snow tires: This may be a dumb question but do I have to buy a second set of rims for the snow tires or do I just put the tires onto the rims that the summer tires are on?

For snow tires I just went with a 17" tire package from Tire Rack, hard to get 18s and for the price of whats out there got a 17" rim/Tire set deliverd for around $1150
Pretty sure its just prem 1, options just make your car slower so ok with that.....car is great, lots of power. As I stated in the prior post, as fun to drive as my other 500+hp corvettes, and great sound...
