As title says what do you guys say what should i get? I am having difficulty deciding. I am not used to colour that benz has, If it was black or silver i think i would probably go for benz as it is newer car.

335i is black on black 2008 with 75000km

Benz is Nov 2009, 60000km. AMG option with white leather seats, owner says fully optioned.

Both cars to me are beautiful. I am looking for a car with wow factor. I want "head turner" No so much if one is 1-2sec faster.


So please what do you guys think?

You are not kidding, both are great looking cars. You can't go wrong with either so which one has more wow factor for you - the one that will have you peaking at it in the garage?

I think both would have me peaking at it in the garage Kind of bmw is more of a "bad boy" and benz is more elegant.

What about colour Tenorite Grey, what do you guys think of it?

Come on need some input here.

Not a fair comparison! BMW is a V6, Benz I4.
Go for the Benz, but at least E350!!

I think they do, at least i always turn head when i see those cars

I have owned the same BMW in tha past,but the MERC is more comfortable.But the 335i!best engine for his period.tough decision.Finally i would choose the MERC,it is still a present car,the 3-er is out of fashion,the 4-er is on the market right now.

That is very good point, i kind of thought the same but I just have doubts about color Tenorite Grey on MercB, in US i think it is Steel Gray.

Tested Benz today, and i think i am too tall for the car. I am 190cm and i probably have about 1cm of clearance from the roof.
At the back i can't sit straight.

That's odd. I am also 190cm and when the seat is adjusted all the way back and down for a comfortable relaxed leg fit the E-Class driver's seat seem cavernous with plenty of room between top of my head and roof liner.

Some people have longer legs, which is perfect for this car as there is plenty of leg room. I think i am 50-50. I have lots of leg room but if i straighten my back i am probably 1cm from the roof.
I had CLK W208 couple of years back. I did not have problems. Did w208 have higher roof line? Especially at the back it was larger as i don't remember hitting my head.

Benz is larger inside than bmw but i think hight of the roof is the same.

I was all set on this car and now thinking it is not for me. I'll go and test it again...

Weird, perhaps play around with the seat settings and make sure it's at its lowest. I have lot's of headroom.

Note: If you push the back seats down, it will automatically move the front seat up and forward and you'll have to adjust it to go back down.

Ok, test drove e250CDI for 2h today. Lowest seat position. I have about 1-2cm i would say head clearance i would say. I don't hit my head anywhere so i guess it is all good. I really liked the car. Just elegant and luxurious. I noticed at lower revs that it is a bit noisy. It is for cursing.

Now, i test drove silver car no AMG styling. Silver looked awesome, it was nice sunny day today.
The one i want to buy is Tenorite Gray(Steel gray). It is cheapest one with AMG styling and i really want that. I saw one today in that color across the street, and it doesn't look bad.

So don't know, now only thing stopping me is colour, if it was black or silver i would not thinks twice, would get the car right away.

Why do you guys think of Tenorite Gray or Steel Gray what is called in NA.

PS: white leather inside really nice i am in love

If you don't like tenorite then don't buy it, keep looking ... you know that as soon as you pull the trigger on the purchase you will find what you are looking for and regret your purchase. I personally love the tenorite grey and specifically ordered it on my coupe but to each their own.

Is that tenorite gray? This color is funny looks different in every photo.
