E-350 2012 cabriolet spoiler hell
Hi guys I'm new here and I just recently purchased a e-350 cabriolet 2012. I would like to instal this carbon fibre spoiler but I don't know if it will fit or not it says it's for the coupe version. Not too sure that the trunk for the coupe and the convert is the same or not. Here's the link

Looks to me like it will fit. The keyword to look for is W207 which is the generic code number for the Coupe (C207) and the Cabriolet (A207)
The spoiler looks great so remember to upload a photo post-installation

Yes, the trunk spoiler would be exactly the same for E class Coupe (C207) or Convertible (A207).

So I called my local MB dealer and they said that coupe and convertible trunk are different and the same spoiler will not fit. Also MB does not make OEM carbon fibre spoiler for the e class A-207. So if they said this wouldn't that mean that those sites that say the spoilers that fit both C-207 and A-207 is falsely labeled?

It is the same Mercedes part number on the Accessories catalog of the E-Class Coupe and Cabriolet: A207 793 0088

alright guys ok as promised here are the before and after pictures. So I plastidip all my chrome trim matte black, spray painted my calipers orange, found the carbon fibre spoiler on eBay for a really good price I think I paid about 177$ usd total shipping included. I also installed a front lip. The end result is a much more aggressive look which I totally love and is a total head turner. I also removed the E-350 logo in the back. Ordered a carbon fibre side mirror covers on eBay as well it should be here in about 2 weeks or so.

Thx guys!! I did all the work myself it was a fun diy day. I actually wanted to get spacers as well. I brought it to the shop to ask and they said my car will only fit a 10mm spacer. I don't think 10mm will make any difference so I didn't do it.

you might be surprised what 10mm spacers can add to the looks of your car. and i dont understand why you cant put anything more than 10mm. just make sure your lug bolts are long enough.

Those are stock 18s yeah? Youll need an elephant riding with you before that suspension goes down to rub. Besides, theres no fender to roll as our fenders arent designed that way. You can pull it but theres nothing to roll.
But you wont need any of those, try and see if youll be happy with 10mm, for me, the more aggressive the wheels are the better the car will look. (So long as its not stickin out much)
Our coupes are a bit narrow and wouldnt hurt to push the wheels outward a bit to make it look wider.
Just make sure you have the appropriate length lug bolts.
