I have a 10.5 et 45+ 3mm spacer rear wheels with continental dws 285/30/20 and currently have alignment done after H&R springs, and it start rubbing the fender. (looks like its rubbing the tire sidewall, but im not sure.)
I did some research on tire section widths, and realize summer tires with 285/25/20 is .2 inch thicker than my all-season tire right now, but 1 inch less in the overall diameter.
So, will it help if I downsize to 285/25/20?
or should i go for 275/30/20?
my front is 245/30/20 and its working fine.
does the rear tire aspect ratio has to be lower than the front?

do you know why we should keep the front and rear overall diameter the same ? My shop was telling me i should go for 30 aspect ratio for the rear because its a Eclass. I doubt it tho.
30 aspect ratio for 285 on 19" is fine for rear but not 20" as diameter is too tall and would create significant error with your speedometer (and handling may also be impacted with significant difference in tire diameters between front and rear).
Also the rear should be fine without the 3mm spacer and give more clearance from fender lip to tire.

The spacer was suggested by the shop too, i think its because the wheels is 10.5 inch wide but again I wasnt sure about it. They said there is no room between the wheel and the inner panel without the spacer. They even said that 25 for rear would look too thin and ugly, I dont have much experience for tires as its my first car.
So if you plug into wheel offset calculator for your 10.5" wide ET45 wheels, you will have 4mm more inner clearance (inside of wheel to strut housing) (outside edge of wheel will extend out or poke 16mm more). As your wheels are 10.5" wide the 285 tire will sit slightly more stretched than the 10" wide which should also give you more clearance from the tire.

The problem is you will never know how much its going to drop, the amount on specification is a average number. Nothing is promised when you have springs.
I think the front and rear wheel gap is still quite unbalanced ,any suggestions for this issue? My eyes are itchy when the front looks higher.
Had the same problem on mine. Fix it by changing the upper rubber ring. They are sold OEM in different hights. They are marked with dots. The more dots the higher it is.
Or give me your VIN number and I can give you the partnumber for the lower ones.

Do you have MB part numbers for the 2, 3, 4 options? Also would these work on both the front and rear springs or are there different part numbers for the front and back?

But they are OEM... Just go to MB and buy them. Usaly 3 knobs is standard. So you need 2 knobs to lower it or 4 to raise it.
