E350 Cabrio I HEAR WATER SOUND

Second I think the roof seals at the top has a drain along side of the front top of the door frame. Water also drains along that tube to the bottom behind the front wheels. You will see drain holes there as well. They also could be blocked a bit...
Cheers

To remove the plugs I had to pry out with a pointed metal tool as screwdrivers didn't seem to work. You have to pull and pry out while trying to turn the plug with a short and wide screwdriver in the slot. Eventually it will come out a little then you can pull on it with your fingers while turning the plug and trying not to press too hard in case you push it back in. I got three out undamaged but the forth one's slot was too beaten up to use.
My question is why bother to put them back in? What harm is there in leaviing them out so the sills can not only drain immediately water enters, but air out too?
