Rearview mirror - Unstuck from windscreen???

I removed the trim around the cameras as I had a knocking (turns out my rain sensor is loose due to the bracket breaking)

anyway as as I removed this the mirror came off. It doesn’t look like it’s broken off something. But it looks like is should have been stuck to the screen????

Any ideas, pics of how to install again? Is it a matter of epoxy to the screen or is there a catch, bracket.

Cant find anything about it online.

this does not look the same. The cabriolet seems to have a different fitting of the mirror. No metal bracket. It looks like it was stuck on to the windscreen. Just can’t be sure
