Time from VPC to dealership 😡









my intention was to educate on my issues and spare the nextvbuyer the issues I have dealt with.
some however missed the point.
My main point for a car that paid for nearly $100k, I deserve to expect at least the dealer and Mercedes to comply with my signed agreement and build. If this is an economy car maybe ok. But this is suppose to be the luxury company.
They did not share with me the missing items in advance with complete transparency. Imagine if I tried to ask a way from an option that I signed on. They could have called to let me know. Or they could have shared that with me during the delivery of the car. I discovered this later on and called the customer connect. They thought I had it. And then discovered not. They should have called and let me know snd give me the choice since they are changing the specs of an established build. They did not. Is this ok? Not with me
for the witless it is a very bad deal and very bad response. They could have taken the initiative to contact apple and or look at the user data base. Clearly I am not the only one. And yet the dealer still does not believe the issue
I will never buy from this company again. I don’t want to deal with arrogance and lack of transparency and not respecting me enough to share with me that they are changing and a greed to and signed build snd specs.
this is not nice. If it is ok with some. Then ok for then. For me it is not. I honored my commitment and paid them in full. I did not get what was expected.
just be careful and check your car. I was cheated. My expectation was way much higher from the luxury company. I was wrong. I had better treatment and support with other suppliers where vehicle delivered as specified.
