2010 E550 coupe
Panoramic roof and shade stuck
I have a 2010 E550 coupe. The sunroof is currently fully closed and sunshade fully open. When I press the switch to open/close the sunroof, I can hear a click and I see the sunshade move forward just a tiny bit. If I hold the switch to open or close, it just does the clicking noise at first and then nothing.
Can someone please help?
thank you

Thank you for uploading the pdfs
I'm having this similar problem.: https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-c...t-retract.html
In the pdfs, I'm not seeing where the motor/cable connection is or how that works.
It sounds like you can drop the front of the headliner, pull the overhead control panel, and then you see the motor for the sunshade/roof operation?
Then you would remove it? What would you look for when you remove it?
If it doesn't get solved there, where do you look next when the headliner is down?
Thanks!
