How old is your map?
I think mine is still from 2012 when I bought the car, I wonder if the newer versions display the exit names (when driving on the freeway) as compares to mine that just shows exit numbers instead of names.
Thanks,

It did take a long time to upgrade - had to leave it running overnight and the battery was flat in the morning, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Lots of new neighborhoods that weren't there in 2012...
Downloading 19GB to my SD card took 2.5 hours. I have not installed it yet as I can’t leave the car engine on over night.
I don’t know if it is possible to pause the installation and comeback to it again later. I will send an email to the seller and ask this question.
sent an email to the seller and waiting for reply, meanwhile found this on eurocarupgrades
Mercedes Navigation update usually take between 1-2 hours depending on the vehicle. Turning engine on is suggested in order not to drain the battery, update can be done while driving, also can be paused and continued any time.

V20 is what I got, too. Pop it in and see whether the SD card installation goes faster. I'm curious. It should become pretty obvious - it took ages to get the first percent going on my installation.

still no street name on the freeway exits, just Exit Number. It would have been nice to see like Central Ave. 1/2 mile, etc.
my wife’s GLC300 with NTG.5.1, map shows street names, very helpful to those with poor vision. It’s easier to prepare to get off the freeway knowing it’s such and such miles away.
