Spectral Blue Metallic
Just ordered a E 450 Cab and the wife wanted a blue car. I have not seen an example of the Spectral Blue Metallic and wondered if anyone else has seen this color?
I seen one in person but pictures don't do justice, for example: https://www.motorshow.me/uploadImage...9246023079.jpg, I say it is a replacement for the Brilliant Blue. It is even lighter than BB but that is just to my eyes, I can't say it will be the same to you though. I didn't actually get a chance to compare a Spectral blue and BB vehicle side by side though.
Edit: (I thought I found a video turns out it wasn't the right colour so I removed it)
Hopefully others that was able to compare the two side by side chimes in.

OP, good news, looks like someone had shared pictures of the colour you were looking at on the forums, take a look here: https://mbworld.org/forums/w213-amg/...ling-blue.html
Different name but same paint (as far as I am aware same paint code, 593).

Not sure if they are the same color as codes seem to be 570 or 593. When the order was placed, the system would only allow spectral blue rather than the starling blue that is on the configurator. Not sure if this is just a name change or a slightly different color.
Thanks for the responses.

Yup now I mentioned earlier, same paint code: 593 (thanks for confirming, Eaton)
Just like how Cavansite Blue is the same as Lunar Blue and High Tech Silver is the same as Cirrus Silver
As for the reason of such name differences... Eaton, any insights?
