E Class Cabriolet (A238) Interior Dome Light Removal

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can help. I need to remove my interior dome light on my 2017 E Class Cabriolet. I have located the two torx screws hidden inside the sunglasses holder but I am still unable to release the fitting from the ceiling. Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong? Many thanks.
