E500 Cabriolet
Is there such a thing? I have never seen one and that would be absolutly perfect. I would assume if there ever was one made it would be in Germany, and it would be worth importing?
Anyways my question is if you guys know of any 420 or 500 W124 Cabriolets.

Willie Mosselmann of the Netherlands has made a W124 Coupe with the 500E body parts; but it was only a turbo-charged 6 cylinder.
Don't know of any V8 Cabrios but who's to say it hasn't been done. I'm quite sure AMG modified a bunch of customer Cabrio cars but again, don't know if they went so far as to stuff a V8 in one....cool idea though.

Any pictures, and also anyone know where you can get E500 front fenders to put ony my cabrio.

There are several recylcers in the US that have W124.036 cars with the front clips, fenders on eBay.de alot too...you'll need both the bumper covers and the side cladding you'll will have to mod as well as pull out or roll the snot out of the rear fender wells.
Willie's car was in a 'Mercedes Enthusiast' magazine a year or 2 back, silver with graphite rims. Look on their website for pic or a back issue you can buy.

import auto works in pasadena is doing a cab to 500e retrofit. they had a 500e and moved all the parts to the cab including seats and interior. the fenders were easy and the suspension was also moved.
