Don't get up set if you ask people's opinion and don't like their answer.

lol....Na...I aint upset at all. But I think being on this forum & not really knowing me that well, you shouldn't have just jumped at me like that for no reason. & also what you said abt the rest of the members.

There are a lot of ppl that don't like my car, I know this. & I knew it when I started the project. & there are ppl that do. But IMO I don't think it is right of you to approch me & the others the way you did. If it was me & I didn't like something you did to your car; I would just avoid replying period. & I know a lot of ppl that don't like my car do this. & I respect them & will show the same respect back. but for you to not know me at all & just jump in and criticize me & the others is not fair. This I a forum for ppl that share their ideas/help each other/ & support one another. I am new to this forum & never have I ever disrespected anyone on the forum or anyother...

well I for one Like what albert has done with the car making is so unique and clean and doing some updates that frankly not one other person has done.

Things like the updated blinking mirrors, the shaved parts on the car, the whole custom crazy yellow paint, and those auto coture wheels are way hot.

for me, I wouldn;t be interested in carbon fiber fenders myself, but I think it is a good idea for those who do want them.

Norcal, if you don;t like it you can say you don't, but you don't have to be a dick about it either.

He asked for opinions, I gave mine, and he came off as being offended. If you weren't, then my bad, but please don't be like the other jokers on this board that go crying when someone doesn't like what they've done.

na buddy... It takes a lot more to get through my thick skin...The onlything I got mad at mainly was when you called other members a Brown-Nose? That wasn't cool & IMO you should appoligize to them rather than to me...I don't mind, but you did offend a lot others..

Lets just end it at this...If you'd like to give me more of your opinion, please feel free to PM me so no one else gets offended.

was that a single stage paint for $6,500?

So to reduce weight is only considered for civic?
o.e mb fenders are not that heavy and if you want to reduce weight where it counts you would buy light weight wheels and start with a cf hood and trunk...but are you going to race the car?.....by the way are you doing this in yellow carbon/kevlar....?

I'd rock CF on my car, but that's what I would do. Good luck with the project and damn! Looking at your 500 without the fender on really puts things in perspective with how wide of wheels you can add.

I know that its not going to reduce that much weight. overall I have other plans (top secret ). but weight was one reason (small one). The other was to see if any w124 owners (non 500E) wanted to do an upgrade w/o having to spend a ***** load of money; because when I did this to my car, it was freeken expensive. Just trying to help ppl out..No I will not do mine in kevlar exposed. it will mostlikely be painted because IM not a fan of exposing it. if I I were to do this it might be a small portion. maby like a little line of just my logo on the side of the fender w/exposed CF...but not the entire fender..Then that would look like a civic

ChrisDPham I'd rock CF on my car, but that's what I would do. Good luck with the project and damn! Looking at your 500 without the fender on really puts things in perspective with how wide of wheels you can add.

another reason is: I wanted to get 275's in front with 305 or 315's in the rear.. maby like a 13" wheel in the rear

well i am going to do some carbon fiber exposed on the outside but it won't be notice because i'll be the same color as the car....also im doing other mods that are not wild but are difficult plus i can do it for cheap....i think im gonna go all out but having a 69 mustang as a pro touring project is really expensive and the benz is a daily driver so yeah....

exposed black carbon would match your car. I will be doing some exposed, but just not the fenders, its just too much...
