His point is that swaybars can be used to tune over/understeer. I used to know specifically how that was done, but now all I can remember is that it can be done. If you go too stiff in front or too stiff in the rear, you car can end up with massive oversteer or understeer. Swaybar tuning is not for the faint of heart. You should buy front and rear that were put on the same vehicle, because the designer would have designed them accordingly. Mix and match only if you know what you're doing.

Picked up something else this weekend. My quest for suspension mods will never end! These will be temporary until I pick up some new custom camber arms later on. They will however - be for sale once I get the new ones.
Just to give you a rough idea.
