Big pete knows what's up.
(unless your car is super slammed like mine and you didnt want to roll the fenders, then 18x8 ET35 215 40 ZR18's apply)
Rolling fenders depends on the shop and most wont guarantee that they wont crack the paint (4 fenders with possible cracked paint would suck IMHO)

Pardon my ignorance, but what's wrong with the factory wheels and 195 65 R15s? Mine looks/drives great with that setup! Those are some sweet looking wheels you're getting but they might look out of place on this classic tank of a car. Also, shouldn't you be saving your $$$$ for all the stuff that's going to break (wiring harness, water pumps, tranny, etc.)?
(Yeah, I'm a nerd There's just something I find awesome about a bone-stock classic car)

Shdoug,
Nothing's wrong with the tiny, narrow, aesthetically unpleasing 15 hole wheels that came with our cars. Some of us just like to customize them and make them our own.....
As for the saving up for repairs comment, wow I didn't know my dad was posting here... Some of us have the money to both mod and maintain these amazingly engineered vehicles.

I'm not rich and that's beside the point....it's just that we all have ideas of what we think looks good, some like it stock, some like it modded. IMHO a stock W124 (not 500E500) looks boring and blends into the rest of the world of grandpa sedans these days....minor changes make it stand out if that's what you are after.

leave your springs. eibach's are perfectly fine. especially if you are getting 18" rims. STOP BEING SO IGNORANT. save the $250 plus installation and buy shocks or something. search the forum, you moron. stop talking like you are an 8 year old. "me want vogs cause pham gots?" Are you serious?

Whoa whoa whoa!! Dial it back three notches, anger-boy. He IS a bit of a pain but there is no need to go all Michael Richards on him....
Are you still angry cause of the way your bumper turned out? LOL
