The horns on my 300CE have personality and get attention. The horns on my '95 wagon sound like a Ford Taurus...what gives?

Anybody swap out horns for the older style? Do they mount up in the same location(s)?

Anyone go aftermarket?

If you're considering aftermarket, then be bold, only one way to go...

Fiamm air horn...

Original equipment on most of the Euro exotics in the sixties and seventies...

Had one on my 66 Aston Martin Vantage...

You can play "mini Peterbuilt",

Train Horns ... oh yeah. A little too much blast for my taste but secretly we all have wanted one for the guy who cuts you off and as he glances smugly in his mirror >> WOOOONK....WOOOONK

Unfortunately with 130db you could give an innocent bystander a heart attack.

i can attest to the fact that the "buick" horns were in the '93
124's. i had leased a 400E in 93 and the first thing i did was
swap the horn from an 89. when i got my 500E i found horns
from s '79 280SE and installed them. perfect!

oh man, I changed mine out to the newer style
, but atleast I still have that style horn on my 280. To me it just didn't seem that fitting to such a car.
