I'd be more interested in a CF roof. I rarely use my sunroof and I know heavy that thing is. Plus, it's the highest point on the car so replacing it would have the biggest effect in lowering the CG.

Not right now... But soon!
We can do a roof also. But it is verry thin. So you will probably need to put in som insulation in the car!

so hey stefan,
you will need to upload some progress, or at least some pictures to make me shut up![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
still admire your work man, have been reading this thread inside out the last month.
so I guess I just can't help it.
planning a major w124 project myself pretty soon. won't be anything like yours. I've got some crazy idea's, but wan't to make it a streetcar. one that is daily driveable. I know yours will be roadlegal, but it won't be a very smooth ride![Wink](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
but as a trackcar, this is by far the crazyest I've seen. EVER!
so can you tell me? how can that cage be certified if you've welded it yourself? isn't it supposed to be done by a certified company who specializes in welding and constructing rollcages?
so, is your car sponsored by any meens?
