www.danielsternlighting.com has selective yellow euro spec fog bulbs that really cut the rain/fog at night.

Give

them a call 800-426-6464,I was picking up some burl for a member back east so I did not check the price.Probably more then the ebay parts but they are most likely junk knock offs that you would kick yourself for buying.
What happened to oe fogs on your model?

i would splice into the foglight wire for the headlights with the foglight harness, and then get one of those generic H3 HID plug and play kits from ebay and plug it into the foglight harness. that way when you pull the light switch for the fogs, your new ones will light up.
I just rewired mine so what used to be my fogs (inner headlight beams) are now my high beams, low beam is HID, and fogs are connected to nothing, since I don't have any.
i'm not sure what the harness you got looks like though, maybe put some pics up of that first.

well, if your new lights came with a harness, put a pic of it up, and then we can figure out what goes where if you want to get an HID kit...

what you could do is splice into that foglight wire for the power source on the HID kit, so when you turn on the fogs they all come on...

yeah, if you splice into the fogs in your headlights, then when you turn on your fogs all wil light up.
you should be able to wire into your city lights instead too though, since from what i remember the guage of all the wires is the same so you won't burn anything out.

not sure what bulbs those foglights take, i think they're H3? ask the seller to be safe.
then you just need to look on ebay for one of those HID conversion kits for H3 (or whatever your car takes) and buy that, ~$70 for a generic one.
you'll probably need to cut off the power plug, because those kits are plug and play, and you don't have an existing connection to plug into. just connect the cut power wires to your city lights and you should be good.
this is what I'm thinking will work, if you fry your electrical system/car don't blame me please, use the info at your own risk!

ha! that's the guy i bought mine from! i'm using different style bulbs now, but the ballasts are still holding up fine.
i'm not sure they're ACTUALLY made in Japan though, but i can't complain about the quality since mine work as well as they could
