W124 Wagon Question: Middle seats..

Do they fold down to be completely level with the trunk? Or is there an incline or bump where the bottom of the middle seat is, thanks!

With the seat backs removed, (part of the configuration) it close to 6'. Width above wheel wells is 48". So you can get a sheet of plywood, just can't close hatch completely.

Refrigerator in a 300TE

Or, you could carry a 10 cu.ft. refrigerator, also with the seat backs removed, and the rear hatch closes completely!

That's funny. I just got what looks like the same fridge. It looks the same as yours, and I loaded it at Lowes in the Kombi.

Wish I had pics of the 12' tree I got at Home Depot.

The passenger-side bottom part of the middle seat seems to be stuck and won't lift up. Any tips on what might be getting caught? I cannot find anything that would cause it...maybe I'm blind.

It gets stuck sometimes. Press down, or sometimes punch, the area where the seats cushions are around the split. There is a metal latch which sometimes won't spring back up. This should do the trick.
