Sometimes the badge can get to your head. But it's fine, we all have our things. The hard thing about these posts is the tone can get confused. Sounds like no one meant harm. Back to the topic the best mod you can do to a Benz diesel is run veggie. In the states you can get a set up for about $800 (which is like 25 euro these days) and convert vegetable oil to diesel and it cost about 60 cents a gallon. The cool part is you make no changes to the car except an optional bumper sticker that say VeggiePowered. Veggie diesel is actually cleaner and more efficient than regular diesel and most fast food joints have to pay to have there oil removed so they will give it to you. IT takes a bit of work but you can "brew" about 100 - 200 gallons at a time and it stores for about 4 - 6 months.

i now drive a ford p71 i also own a 1988 ford f150 lariat
I like the amg badge and the chrome wheel arch so I am not removing them.
As for the grill I will change it soon. Also, I hate the "I love drifting" decal too but I put it so I could hide a giant hole there. My car used to be a taxi so that's where the taxi fare meter was. Also that is the reason for the 870K miles. It's been a taxi since bought(1991). I will replace the thing that the sticker is on very soon too. If you don't like my car then you can buy me a new one because I got no cash. I am sorry that I was born poor. You should have seen the car before it got in my hands. Then we would see if you liked it. You people are lucky. The taxi driver who owned it(my dad) does not treat cars very well. Imagine that I found nuts under the wood where the transmission is

...This car is a family sedan meant for luxury. Get rid of that rice from it.
Remove: grill, replace with avantegard (sp?)
amg badge, that is not an AMG!
front fenders, do you really like those grills?
chrome wheel arch
AND THAT "I LOVE DRIFTING" DECAL!!!
I have been holding my car and was waiting to finish school so I can tastefully mod the car but it seems like this car is losing its image as the price goes down. If you really want the car to be fast then go buy a honda civic and remove all of the interior and change the engine. All of that will probably cost you $500. It is possible to make this car fast but you will need mainly custom work which is not available on eBay where it looks like all of your parts came from. I'm sorry but I just don't like your car at all.

What do you guys think of it? Nice addition for the inside or not?
TO AMF_FRED: I do NOT intend to race with my car. I just want to make it look better and sound better(exhaust & woofers). I like the AMG badge and don't worry...I won't disgrace the name

Hey, don't sweat it. I bet the car will look great once you're done with it! I by no way intend to bash upon you. I guess the connotation wasn't the best for describing the situation. Oh and when I win the lottery, I'll be sure to paypal you some money for a mod of your choice!
Remember, we're all family here. I love our w124s!

Demos are you sure that grille is the right one for your model? You have the early style grille and the one on that ebay auction shows pictures of a '94-95 model. It says it fits the pre-facelift w124's, but it shows the wrong pictures. I would ask the seller before you bid!
