Actually it is worse. No bumper received. I only received the bumper's fog lights. That's what it was for sale. And they are also yellowish. If anybody wants them I'll be happy to sell them. PM me

With the more modern headlights like that, you NEED to body color paint the lower cladding/bumpers!

I really like what you have done with your car, it still maintains a traditional look but has a nice sporty touch to it as well. Congrats.

I changed my bulbs too when I changed my headlights. The light output is by far better than stock headlights. I don't know if that's because of the clear headlights, bulbs or both.

Does anyone know how to remove the standing star? I want to put a flat AMG emblem but I don't know how. Who can help me?

Looks amazing from the front views man. Nice work.

To remove the hood star, its pretty much necessary to start with the grill removed. When looking at the emblem, you should see what looks like a hook coming from the center, and grabbing onto a small metal stopper, which tensions the actual star to the grill. Try to pull the hook (which is actually the end of a spring) and release the metal stopper. At the point, the spring will be able to retract completely and release the star. The rest is pretty much self explanatory. I only wish I had pictures for you. Let me know if you need any more help man.

You don't need to remove the grille.

Unless you like extremely awkward working positions with high-tension springs being released only inches away from your face. Not to mention the very real possibility of loosing the small metal piece in the engine. I did say "pretty much necessary". Its up to preference, but its only 4 screws, and it makes it a hell of a lot easier.

Liking the front end! Looks excellent so far. Only thing I can recommend is that you replace the turn signals with the truly clear ones to match your headlights as the ones you have now match the Euro's but not the clear plastic ones.

Actually one of them does match. I lost one of the clear ones while I was driving one day. So I had to put my old one. It is on my buy list though....don't worry. Also guys I need your opinion on something. Should I remove the chrome wheel arches or not? Will it look better with or without them?

Paint them body! Gives an aggressive little lip and does not look so... gaudy.
