W124's
I'd honestly don't like those wheels and would go a different route.

then again it's your car - keep us posted as to what you decide.

get them! The scream mercedes, nice mix of the old and new... kind of reminiscent of the 8-window wheels but with a new twist. i LOVE those wheels, they were one of my finalists when i was looking to get wheels for my car. I could only find them in 18x8.5 though, and I was still quite new to the car so I didn't want to risk them not fitting, so I ended up getting different ones in 18x8.
you can see i still wanted the same style though....!

So long as they aren't chrome, its too loud a finish. But the actual style, as Zed has written, is quite well matched to the w124.

What wheels are you running...I'm thinking of buying a 93 300CE Cab same color combo as your sedan only with a blue interior and top.
Want to stay with a wheel similar to what you have..

Thanks

Ed A.

P.S.

If I get the Cab, it'll be a just a slow summer time cruiser....

Is there any other good place to put the sub other than the medkit spot? I'd rather not lose that cool little Mercedes gadget

Damn :C I would eventually like a small 6 or so inch sub to put in the medkit spot, but I don't want to take it out. Would putting it below the medkit cause too much dampening of the sound, or would it not matter at all? Could you test it with keeping the medkit in to see if its viable?

if you create a totally sealed enclosure using the trunk, with a few ports around the med kit, it might sound even beter... that is what I'm trying to do, and at least on paper, it should turn out to be a real rock dream machine! the only problem is the fuel tank position!
