If I am correct in saying this, Monoblocks have long been discontinued and are only often found in surplus stocks if new, or are used.
The last car to utilize the Monoblocks from the factory is the W210 E55 AMG.
And the largest size was 18. I don't think there are any factory 19 inch AMG Monoblocks. Someone may have to correct me.

If you can find them AMG did have a 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 staggered monoblock set for the CL w215 and I think the S-Class. They can't be purchased new and you have to really look hard for a set.
