as of 3/7/2009 Terminator is GONE yah i know.... i just sold it earlier today blahh
it was a sad moment but i had my fun with it,
time for a new one....
i will post up my new car soon lol

All I know is that i'll drive my car till it gives up. Even after that i'll use it for parts and it will still live on in the form of another w124. I have owned a e36 m3 bmw but i still kept my w124. Next car for me is a 2000 w210 e50 while still keeping the w124.

It's just not gonna be the same anymore, I call my car the never ending project. When I sold my 260e I was soo sad... Seeing the car being driven by someone else...was not a good feeling..... I was like, Take care of it!.... call me if you have any problems with it!... send me pictures!.... lmao

Albert, I've been thinking about selling mine too.
It's starting to get too costly with everything going wrong at once. I plan on selling it in the next couple of months (before summer) for a 2004 Audi S4.

I have seen this phenomenon many many times on the forums over the years... Somebody puts tons of time and money into modding a car and sells it right when it's done... The owner doesn't even spend much time enjoying the fruits of his labor before selling.
Part of me can't relate with that mentality. But the other part of me recognizes that the enjoyment owners get from personalizing their cars comes from the process rather than the result.
Lol, that's my deep insight for the day! Sad to see the car go Albert... but I'm sure you'll enjoy the next car.
What happened to the old school BMW idea?
