@ AndreNY..Throw some window tint on there and it makes the car look 10x better IMO. Its not too expensive, keeps decent bit of light from beating down in your car.
Also keeps your car cooler if your parked out in the sun for a little, which are all bonuses to better looks.

I'm with you on not tinting - in some cases... My XJR was a rare sumptuous combo of silver on cream conolly. In that case I didn't tint because a light interior on such a light non white exterior looked special and added to the charm.
Also, if the car is light the tint can break of the clean lines.

I feel you. people always give me that comment with my turbo cossie, while they are driving maximas. No tint looks cleaner, I would rather show off my two tone Recaro interior, and it keeps it a little more period correct. By the way I love the drop on your car, I am looking to sell one of my NA Cossies to buy a 500E and dump it on the ground
