I've had it for 4 months and put about 3000km on it. It was my grandparents before that, and they usually drove it one or two month of the year, the rest of the time it was in their heated underground parking. And yes it is almost brand new, the car is so perfect.

Spank you very much guys, I searched for what seemed like years for this color car or a smoke silver one (preferred), a week or so after I got this one a smoke silver went on sale very close to me, ha 
Yep, it does seem like a ton were made in black...I think it is the most common color, very classy (when clean)

I like that green color quite a bit, but the 1995 emerald green just doesn’t make it for me. My favorite green was the classic British racing green. I don’t think I have ever seen a Mercedes in that color. I love my azure blue color, but British racing green would probably be my first choice.

Yep...the 'spruce green' or 'malacit grun' is tasty...that emerald green is also awful to me....as was my lowers which were once a lighter, bug guts green color before it was painted to match the upper part of the car. The wholesaler did it for free for me....even after I beat him down almost 8 grand on the car. Sucker.
Still (the original paint) is in amazing shape for 145K and almost 13 years old ....Benz did a nice job of painting cars back in the day.

yeah man my '91 300 is that teal blue color where the lowers are a darker blue teal....it's one of those colors where people either really love it or think its the ugliest thing on the planet. I remember that same year they did a purple color with a light purple lower paneling...that was really weird...

Hey everyone. Here is a pic of my 87 300e 6 door project. It needs some more love, but its coming along pretty well so far. I really want to lower it-- it looks pretty doofy sitting up so high like that. what do think? it would be pretty entertaining to give it some sort of amg-ish look as well. the inside is a wide open blank canvas.

My friend wants a diesel so bad. You are lucky to have the latest W124 model with a diesel. That car should be able to take you anywhere you want to go for a very long time.
By the way, I think the Mercedes front license plate is stainless, not chrome.
