They look like the w212 E-Class fogs just upside down and switched left/right

wish my rear fenders were rolled more so i could kick out the rims more

It looks like he is just missing the wiper panel and there's some kinda optical illusion going on. We see the bottom portion of the lens we wouldn't usually see, which just makes it look like it's sagging.
