I LOVE that color! Not a huge fan of all the chrome and stainless trim, but that's just me....great 500!!

 

i too love the color and the rims. not a fan of the chrome trim nor the grill. just me. but still a great E500.

 

That is the first Azure Blue E500 I have ever seen. I love the color, because it is just like mine. I love the classic Evo wheels. They are as true to the car as my AMGs. Like the others, however, I would not use any extra chrome trim pieces.

You might be right, but to me it sure looks like it might be azure blue. The azure blue color changes appearance quite a bit on my car, depending on the light. Sometimes it can be more true blue and sometimes it can be a purplish kind of blue. I was almost positive that it was azure blue. I have seen my car looking exactly that color in bright light. The E500 isn’t the darker midnight blue, so I thought it must be azure. What other blues were available from Mercedes?

More of my azure blue on a cloudy day. I think my car looks best when the sun is not so bright.

His car is a 1992 500E (with 1994 updates), the colors were different for that year and actually to me it looks like a nautical or deep blue but more likely a custom color.

Yeah, lose the chrome and stickers son...the car is a bit more mature than that; and that paint job looks slick as it is bro.

they look huge on the 190, i have the same rims and they look tiny on my car. im getting 18's in a month or 2

after two years, i finally managed to take pix of my daily driver. '91 300e, mods listed in sig. used to have the s600 advantagarde grille but my sister reversed into it . enjoy!
