Yeah, that does sound very nice. You could easily use that last OD gear for the 3.7 final and still not tach at redline at highway speeds...
What car did that 722.5 auto come from? What was involved?

Awesome color combination with the blue / grey. The coupe is such a classic and will never grow old. It seems like yours is in excellent shape.

@ MercedesMania: awesome conversion! I've been looking at having my W124 being powered by a rap star too! I have seen alot of excellent conversion, though I'm looking to see a more 'in-depth' look. Do you know any articles regarding the conversion?
And I'm just curious. Do all the stock electronics still work on your car? How about everything on the instrument cluster? Again, nice ride

Hi, here's some pics of my 1990 300 E-24 131,000 kilometers. I bought it 2 months ago and my mechanic at MercTalk said it's the only one he's never had to do at least minor work on although it needs new shocks and we'll replace all the usual stuff soon. What do you think? It was only $AUS7750.00 (about US$6000.00)

Not fond of the wood airbag cover....but other than that, looks beautiful
Is that an addon 300E-24? or just part of the Australian imports?
Looks like its already got DEPO's on it. Nice. $6000 would be considered too much over the water here, but not sure of the market there.

Enzo, my Benzo
Are you KIDDING me with this?
PLEASE tell me that it latches and filps down with airbag deployment. If not and you are in a head on collision with airbag deployment, you are 100% dead.
