1993 300CE Sportline For Sale
You all know how rare the 300CEs are, let alone the sportline factory mod. Excellent condition. Only discrepency is that the power antenna is now manual (needs new motor or antenna) and some very small moisture spots in the lower left corner of the rear window. Within last year, new battery, stereo, wheels, and tires. Wheels are Mercedes S-Class knockoffs 17x8 with Yokohama Avid H4 tires (215/45R17). Only mods I've added are: wheels, tires, clear turn lenses (have yellows in box), painted calipers Porsche red, and installed an aftermarket cd head unit. Everything else is original. Interior is in very good shape for 93.
Okay, MBWorld members have first shot. Price will be fair for me and you. On autotrader around nation, 93 300CEs are priced 13k-20k. I could not find any sportlines listed.
I'll take the first $14,900. Post reply or email me at condino@comcast.net. Pictures to follow...

>seems like the private sale market (to a enthusiastic buyer) may bear a high generous sale of $10k-$11k sale if your vehicle is a 1-2 owner mint condition, no accidents or resprays, no cracks on interior, limited wear on interioer and exterior and: a/c evaporator updated-replaced, upper engine wiring harness updated-replaced, head gasket replaced, full records, no accidents, non smoker, garage queen, and all stock equipment re-installed to the car ie autotrader lists lower odo mile 300CE for $9999
>a used car lot market may offer you in the range of $6k-$9k on the high end
>sportline may not be such a draw as the full Original Equipement Sportline suspension kits are now readily available in the aftermarket
you may find it useful to list how long you've had the car, maintence & repair history, # owners, etc.
the reality is that the used car market is dismal (a buyers market), the used car market flooded with many many used up carsand newer/ lease returns in stock and values falling to through the floor...to add- - new car incentives are still strong (law of supply and demand)
good luck
