Arrow 88'-89' 300CE vs 1992 300CE?

What's good MB World?

Anyone know what the physical differences are between a 88'-89' 300CE and a 1992 300CE?

Different wheels: 8 holes on the 92plus and 15 hole on the 89
mirrors are body color on 92
the seats also have different pattern

What about the physical differences on the car body? I feel like the 92' is a bit more slimmer and boxier compared to the 88'-89' model.

its not. The 92 does ride lower which might contribute to this perception

There is a tiny chrome strip along the plastic side cladding between the wheels that isn’t there on the 88-89 version.

The license plate fill between the taillights is flush with the lights, instead of recessed.

The stock 15” wheels are slightly different.

But that should be the extent of the differences, at least from the factory.
