where do i pour SeaFoam in my 91 300E
i recently got some Seafoam carbon cleaner that i ran in my other car and helped smooth out the idle and i want to use it on my 300E but im not sure where to ingest it in the engine.
bottle says to run it through the carburator or the vac line on the intake manifold, but i dont know where either is on my engine...
can anyone point me in the right direction?
thanks
i think i know where to run it, but im not positive, so i wanted to make sure if anyone here knows where the vac line or brake booster line is on the 300e Engine.
thanks

You talked about carbon built-up. Do you know for sure that you have any carbon built-up?
Introducing any liquid into this engine at the wrong place in the wrong quantity and at the wrong rate can open-up a repair invoice that could easily run into the several thousand $$$.

anyone have a diagram of the engine?
is the carburetor under the intake??

I don't think my '88 300e needs it for a while, it's only got 23K miles. I do add it to the tank though.
Techron is great stuff. Never heard of Seafoam.
